support are, by far, the top of the line!
I have put together a few sites for other businesses using another hosting
company and often found their site builder program, and support lacking. It
often took days to get a response, the site builder didn't work as advertised
and they didn't include all of the features that you do, such as site
statistics unless I paid extra.
Within a matter of hours, I have already created a
beautiful, fully-functional website. The features that you include in your
site builder are the reason I have decided to host this site with you. The
ability to have easy Flash animations, your extensive artwork collection and
the sheer ease of use make it the best.
I can assure you that I will recommend to my other clients that we move all of
their sites over to you.
I also would be remiss if I didn't address service. As it states on your
webpage, you are one of the few companies that provide telephone support.
Imagine my surprise when I called and someone answered the phone! I got all
of my questions answered in a couple of minutes. I then called back with
another request and left a message. I was stunned to see that you had made
the requested change and the change was followed up with an email directly to
me. In an era where customer service seems to be slipping away, it is
phenomenal to see a company take care of its customers and follow through on
its committments.
To anyone who is reading this, trust me... You may be able to obtain
cheaper "all-in-one" web and mail hosting elsewhere but you will NEVER find a
company who provides such an extensive site builder, easy-to-use interface
and solid customer service. If you are even remotely considering a website,
I urge you to take advantage of the free ten-day trial. You'll be
immediately convinced!

I know from personal experience this type of tracking can cost thousands of dollars just to set up and then hundreds of dollars per month to generate reports.
